Apollo 13 show in Sydney

Apollo 13: Mission Control

Venue: The Studio, Sydney Opera House Dates: 20 – 28 March

“Houston, we’ve had a problem…”

Trapped 200,000 miles away from Earth, three astronauts fight for their lives. An explosion has ripped through their space craft, and they are running out of oxygen, power and hope. The staff of America’s Space Agency are desperately trying to find ways to bring the ship home.

THE BLURB FOR THE SHOW SAYS: Become a member of Mission Control and let Flight Director, Gene Kranz, lead you on your mission to bring these three heroes home. Inside a detailed replica of the 1970 space administration control room, you will be given the opportunity to interact with the Astronauts and staff. Sit in the console seats or as a member of the Press Gallery and watch one of the greatest survival stories of the twentieth century unfold.
